Mill District - Healdsburg

Mill District is a multi-phase residential and lifestyle development in downtown Healdsburg, California, transforming a historic industrial site into a community centered around housing, hospitality, and local culture.

Since 2017, Kim Carroll has partnered with Mill District to document and shape the visual identity of the project — spanning early site conditions, community engagement, development phases, and ongoing brand storytelling.

Over nearly a decade, the work has evolved alongside the project itself, supporting marketing, sales, and long-term positioning through a cohesive body of photography and film.
