The Coda
Point Reyes, California
Planted around 1930, this corridor of Monterey cypress once formed the approach to an RCA maritime radio station, part of a network that connected ships across the Pacific with the California shore. In music, a coda is the final passage. At the end of this long corridor sits a place once alive with signals from across the ocean, now quiet.
