REPLAY DESTINATIONS

REPLAY DESTINATIONS · MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

A Portfolio of Places

Kim Carroll has worked with Replay Destinations across a portfolio of resort and residential developments, creating photography and film that bring each property, destination and experience to life.

The work spans architecture, hospitality, lifestyle and destination storytelling, creating a visual library for properties at different stages of development, from early positioning and pre-launch through campaigns, sales, marketing and the guest experience.

SCOPE OF WORK

Across destinations from the Caribbean and Hawaii to Mexico and the American West, Kim has worked with Replay Destinations to create the visual storytelling behind resort, residential and mixed-use developments, capturing not only the properties themselves, but the landscapes, experiences and sense of place surrounding them.

VISUALIZING THE DESTINATION

Featured Project · Ascent at The Phoenician · Scottsdale

For Ascent at The Phoenician, Replay Destinations’ luxury residential community in Arizona, Kim created photography and motion designed to communicate the development within the larger context of its setting. The assignment encompassed architecture, interiors, resort amenities and the surrounding desert landscape, supported by aerial and 360° imagery that revealed the scale, setting and relationship of the development to its surroundings.

Created for visualization, sales and marketing, the resulting library gave Replay a flexible body of imagery for communicating the project across multiple stages and audiences, from early positioning through the evolving story of the community.
